The living room is a spacious space equipped with a TV, home theater, Play Station and Nintendo Wii consoles with accompanying games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. Coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, soda maker.
The villa has two terraces. One is in front of the entrance (wooden table and benches) and the second terrace is on the first floor and is connected to the kitchen and living room. Ideal for morning coffee. Laundry room and gym are also located in the Villa.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor while two bedrooms are on the second floor. The rooms are equipped with televisions, air conditioners, mirrors and cosmetic tables for ladies. Each room has its own color. The bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom while the rooms on the first floor have a shared bathroom.
